The assembled product is great. It's sturdy and handsome. The color didn't matter to me because it's in my yard and covered. The assembly was easy; however. . . as others have written, the box was ripped open and two bolts were missing. I thought one of the cross braces was missing so I called the manufacturer. Well, as other have noted, they simply don't respond to problems. I left my name, number and issue and never received a call. I found, ultimately that I was missing only two bolts, nuts and washers. I had plenty around the house so I was able to complete the assembly. I must admit. I need another log rack but am skeptical about the packaging and the obvious non-customer service.

This rack replaces a rack I gave my son that uses wooden 2x4 boards on the bottom to put your firewood on and hold the sides together. Over time these boards will rot and need replacing. This all-metal rack was simple to assemble, keeps my firewood well off the ground, and should last for many years. Be aware though that you will need three cinder blocks of some sort to rest the legs on to keep the rack level and from pressing into the ground. It cost a little more than my old firewood rack, but well worth it.

Purchased this rack because of the good price and attractive details. I had my 16 year old son put it together while I was at work. The rack was shipped promptly, but there where a few bolts missing from the packaging. My son made due with some zip ties (very hefty zip ties) as I'm not sure how to get Amazon to send me the correct number of nuts and bolts for this product. Please let me know if you know how to make this happen.
